Custom and personalized orders
Custom Orders -All Artwork , Design and stitch files produced by us in preparation for stitching will remain the property of the Vendor.
We will rely upon your orders being correct when ordering , especially custom orders that may include wording , please ensure you have given the correct spelling , Custom orders cannot be refunded , Please also make sure your address details are correct at time of ordering .
Sizing details
All sizes are approximate .NB. Our sizes are UK sizes , they tend to run a little smaller than US sizing. We are happy to supply actual size information .it will then be your responsibility to decide if the item will fit , e.g. actual size does not allow for movement .
Garments are designed to fit a particular size , but weare all individuals, some prefer to have a baggy fit and others a tighter fit .
Care instructions
These recommendations are generalised , and based on the lowest requirements of any of our garments and bibs, Wash garments inside out , ironed inside out ,and not tumbled dried .

All sizes , colours , shades , and materials of goods may vary to a minor extent from those stated. All goods are subject to availability , we may cancel an order , or offer a suitable alternative item . if the goods ordered are out of stock.
Your Address
Please can you ensure that the address information that you supply is correct . Correct number , spelling, and postcode .we have had a number of parcels returned to us recently where the address is not correct
When will my parcel arrive?
It depends where you are , We are based in UK ,
Parcels within the UK , it normally takes 2-3 working days after the item has been made up and has been dispatched .
Parcels to Europe , normally 7-10
Parcels to US , Canada, Or Australia , are approx 10-14 working days .
There are normally 5 working days in a week.
Bank Holidays are not working days , so over the Christmas period there can be as little as 3 working days in a week.
Royal mail advise to allow 25 working days for a parcel to arrive , so approx 5 weeks {with no bank holidays }
